This page explains how the pracenamieru.sk portal handles the personal data of its customers. We follow the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

What data we process
Our service is anonymous. We do not ask for your name and we do not process it — throughout the system and all communication you act only under your account number. We process only the following data:
- the e-mail address and phone number you enter in the order or contact form,
- order details — topic, type of thesis, length, deadline and other instructions,
- the content of chat communication with the writer and with portal support,
- your IP address when you register an account,
- a session cookie when you log in to your account.
Why we use the data and on what legal basis
- Performance of a contract — handling your order, mediating communication with the writer and delivering the prepared materials.
- Legitimate interest — protecting the portal against spam and abuse, and sending notifications about your order status.
- Compliance with legal obligations — in particular accounting and archiving of tax documents.
Who has access to the data
We never sell your data to third parties. Access is limited to:
- writers — they see only the anonymous order brief and the chat, never your contact details,
- hosting providers — WebSupport, s.r.o. and our VPS provider,
- an e-mail delivery service (notifications and system messages).
How long we keep the data
We keep your data for as long as your account or contractual relationship lasts. After that, we keep it only to the extent and for the period required by law — accounting documents for 10 years.
Cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies — a session cookie used to log in to your account. The Slovak version of the website additionally uses Google analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager) to measure traffic.
Your rights
Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right:
- to access your data,
- to have inaccurate data corrected,
- to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
- to restriction of processing,
- to data portability,
- to object to processing,
- to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
